Here’s a useful little website if you’re writing a paper.

Goto http://ottobib.com/

Put in the ISBN number of some book and click the appropriate formatting.

Voila! You have the bibliography notation.

You may also want to checkout BibMe.org, a similar automated bibliography generator. In addition to allowing for automatically citing books, BibMe supports the same for a bunch of other types of sources and lets you download the resulting bibliography as an RTF document.
